It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the southwest corner of the Neustädter Kirchhof, directly on a small, winding passage to Pölkenstrasse to the west. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments .
Architecture and history
The ensemble of two-storey half - timbered buildings has its origins in a half-timbered house built around 1740. The design of the facade is simple. The decorative lining of the compartments and a profile plank are used as decorative elements .
