It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the southwest corner of the Neustädter Kirchhof, on the south side of a small, winding alley that leads from Neustädter Kirchhof to Pölkenstrasse to the west. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Register of Monuments .
Architecture and history
The relatively high three-storey half - timbered house comes from an inscription on the upper threshold of the building, which u. a. names the client, from 1710. Pyramid beam heads can be found on the house as decorations . The lower threshold is provided with a belt profile .
