The Neutoggenburg district was an administrative unit of the Canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland until the end of 2002 . It was created in 1831 by dividing the previous Obertoggenburg district into the Neutoggenburg district and the "new" Obertoggenburg district. Since 2003 he has been part of the Toggenburg constituency .
