Radiance and deposition
The series premiered on October 25, 1999 on Fox . Despite the popularity of Jennifer Love Hewitt , the series received poor reviews. Furthermore, the original pilot episode of the series was completely re-shot before Fox aired it.
Fox tried to save the series by taking a five-month hiatus from January to June 2000. The broadcaster touted the series as part of the Summer of Love , which should not least refer to Hewitt's name. However, only two episodes were broadcast in June 2000 before the series was finally canceled due to poor audience ratings.
Ultimately, the remaining seven episodes of the series were broadcast in the US on TBS from March 4 to April 8, 2006.
In Germany, the station ProSieben broadcast the series from September 9, 2000 to January 20, 2001.
