Musical aspects and content

Musically speaking, the album corresponds to the style of the demo tape Mein Flügelschlag , which was released in the same year . This is still Black Metal , albeit with melodic influences. B. the instrumental outro Hofesfest recorded by Eviga alone was very melodic and without metal influences. The lyrics are mostly screamed by Eviga, in a few places there is clear vocals from Dunkelkind. However, only one song of the demo was re-dubbed, the rest is new material.

Contrary to the Black Metal scene of that time, the lyrics don't deal with satanic or other religious statements, but rather revolve around feelings like passion or despair . The high quality of the texts, which are purely in German, was already praised at the time.
