Nicolò Agostini (born December 14, 1991 in Bergamo ) is a former Italian grass skier . From 2007 he was a member of the junior squad of the Italian Winter Sports Federation (FISI).

Career

Agostini first took part in FIS races in June 2006 . At the Junior World Championship in July of the same year, his only result was the 26th place in the giant slalom. The Italian had his first start in the World Cup on July 21, 2007 in the giant slalom in Marbachegg , but was unable to qualify for the second round. The following day he scored his first World Cup points with rank 28 in the Super-G. In the races of Forni di Sopra and Rettenbach , he came three times in the top 30, which he finished 56th overall in the 2007 season. At the Junior World Championship in 2007 he was ranked 18th in the Super Combined and 22nd in the Super G.

On July 6th, 2008, Agostini reached 18th place in the slalom of Čenkovice, his best ever World Cup result. With another three top 30 placements, he came in 43rd place in the 2008 season . His best result at the Junior World Championships 2008 in Rieden was 18th place in the super combination. The next year he only reached 27th place in the slalom and 33rd place in the Super-G at the 2009 Junior World Championships in Horní Lhota . In the World Cup, Agostini came into the points only once during the 2009 season , causing him to drop to 53rd place overall. He scored twice in the 2010 season . At the last slalom in Sestriere , he achieved his best World Cup result with 16th place, but he only came 59th in the overall World Cup. At the Junior World Championship 2010 in Dizin , Agostini only finished 23rd in the Super-G. He dropped out or was disqualified in the other three competitions. After 2010, Agostini did not take part in any competitions.
