The 2010 Grass Ski World Cup started on July 3rd in Čenkovice and ended on September 19th in Sestriere . Four slaloms , four giant slaloms , two super Gs and one super combination were held for women and men . The overall ranking of men was won for the eighth time by the Czech Jan Němec - he remained unbeaten in all eleven World Cup races. In the women's category, Anna-Lena Büdenbender from Germany won the overall ranking for the first time . She prevailed with six wins against the Japanese Yukiyo Shintani and the Austrian Ingrid Hirschhofer . Hirschhofer had won the overall World Cup for the past eight years.
