Nicolai Brock-Madsen (born January 9, 1993 in Randers ) is a Danish football player .

Player career

Brock-Madsen started his career at Helsted Fremad IF, from where he moved to the youth department of Randers FC in 2008. He made his first professional appearance there on July 1, 2010 when he came on as a substitute for the Europa League qualifier against F91 Dudelange and scored his first goal. His first league appearance followed on August 12, 2011 against Vejle Boldklub Kolding and his first league goal on October 23, 2011 in the game against Akademisk Boldklub . After Randers FC was relegated from the Superliga in the 2010/11 season , they managed to get promoted again in the 2011/12 season.

On August 21, 2015 Brock-Madsen moved to the English second division club Birmingham City . There he could not assert himself and came to only six missions. On August 31, 2016 - shortly before the end of the transfer period - Nicolai Brock-Madsen moved to PEC Zwolle in the Eredivisie in the Netherlands on loan with an option to buy during the 2016/17 season . There he was used regularly and was mostly in the starting line-up, so Brock-Madsen was able to book 23 appearances and seven goals at the end of the season. There was no firm commitment and so he returned to Birmingham after a year. Nicolai Brock-Madsen was not used there and so he was awarded again in winter 2018, now to Poland in the Ekstraklasa to Cracovia Krakow . Things didn't go well for the Dane in Krakow either, and at the end of the season he was able to book eleven appearances with just one goal. Back in Birmingham, Nicolai Brock-Madsen was loaned to the Scottish first division club FC St. Mirren for six months . The loan agreement was terminated on October 16, 2018. On December 17, 2018, the contract with Birmingham City, which would have expired on June 30, 2019, was also terminated.

On January 21, 2019 Nicolai Brock-Madsen returned to Denmark and joined AC Horsens .
