Seulo is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 793 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 74 kilometers north-northeast of Cagliari on the Parco Nazionale del Golfo di Orosei e del Gennargentu and the Parco Geominerario Storico ed Ambientale della Sardegna and borders directly on the province of Nuoro . The north-western boundary of the municipality forms the Flumendosa .
