Villaspeciosa is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2597 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 21 kilometers northwest of Cagliari partly in the Parco Geominerario Storico ed Ambientale della Sardegna .
