The Decimomannu – Iglesias railway is a single-track, standard-gauge railway line on the Italian island of Sardinia . The route was opened in 1872 and is 37.7 kilometers long. The line is connected to the Cagliari – Golfo Aranci Marittima railway at Decimomannu .

In Villamassargia - Domusnovas there is a branch line to Carbonia Stato . The end point of the line is the standard-gauge Iglesias FS station, where a narrow-gauge line began, as in Siliqua, but both narrow-gauge lines have been closed for years. The route is also regularly used by passenger trains from Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), the Italian State Railways. The operator of the route is Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI), a wholly owned subsidiary of FS.

The route is not electrified and is used by diesel trains.
