Esterzili ( Sardinian : Istersili ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . The municipality itself has 580 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) and is located about 64.5 kilometers north-northeast of Cagliari , belongs to the Comunità Montana Sarcidano-Barbagia di Seulo and borders directly on the province of Nuoro . The Flumendosa limits the municipality in the southwest.
