Serrenti is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 4738 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . The community is located about 10 kilometers southeast of Sanluri and about 21 kilometers east-northeast of Villacidro .
