Santadi is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 3296 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sud Sardegna in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 18 kilometers south-southeast of Carbonia and about 29 kilometers southeast of Iglesias at the Parco Geominerario Storico ed Ambientale della Sardegna .

The gigantic grave of Barrancu Mannu is also close by, as is Pani Loriga , a Phoenician-Punic fortification discovered in 1965, and the Is Zuddas and Pirosu grottos .
