Nicolaj Moesgaard Agger (born October 23, 1988 in Hvidovre , Denmark ) is a Danish football player.

Career

society

Nicolaj Agger has played for Brøndby IF since he was a boy . In January 2006 he came from the youth to the second team. In the summer of 2007 he joined the club's professional team. However, he made his professional debut almost two years later. In the game of the Danish Superliga against Aalborg BK (2-0) Agger came on for Ousman Jallow in the 84th minute . In the 2009/10 season he played the first two games for Brøndby IF, but was then loaned to league rivals Sønderjysk Elitesport. But after only half a year he went back to Brøndby. In August 2012 Agger signed a 3-year contract with the Danish second division club Vejle BK .

National team

On August 3, 2004 Nicolaj Agger stood for the first time for the U-17 of Denmark on the field. In the surprising 1-0 defeat against the Faroe Islands, Agger was in the starting eleven. Agger made his last game for the U-17 on April 2, 2005 in a 2-1 draw against Switzerland.

On February 9, 2006 Nicolaj Agger made his first U-18 international match for Denmark. However, it should remain his only one. Just seven months later, Agger made his debut for Denmark's U-19 team when he started against Portugal.

At 3: 2 he contributed a hit. He made his last appearance for the U-19s in the 3-2 draw against the Czech Republic on February 7, 2007.

On May 28, 2008, Agger made his first game for Denmark's U-21s when he came on for Jesper Lange in the 0: 4 against the U21s from Germany in the 86th minute .

Nicolaj Agger is Daniel Agger's cousin .
