Nicolas Vallar (born October 22, 1983 in Papeete ) is a Tahitian football player . The defender has played for AS Dragon since 2009 . He is the captain of the Tahitian national soccer team .
Career
society
Vallar started his career at SCO Angers . He later signed a contract with the reserve team at HSC Montpellier for the CFA . In 2003 he left Montpellier for FC Sète , where he played for 3 years and was promoted to Ligue 2 in 2005. In the next season, however, they went back to the National (D3) .
In 2006 Vallar then moved to FC Penafiel . Without a single game with the club, he was excluded after the end of the contract in 2007 and got a contract with the French club FC Montceau in 2008 .
Vallar returned to his home country in 2009 and has been under contract with AS Dragon ever since . He won the Tahiti Division Fédérale with the club in the 2011/12 season.
National team
Since 2012 he has played in the Tahitian national soccer team , with which he won the 2012 Oceania Cup. There he is the captain. In 2001 he was already in the Tahitian national soccer team U-20.
