Nicole Jana
Nicole Jana (* 1979 in Fulda ) is a German visual artist , her works consist of three-dimensional painting and sculptural drawings .
Life
After studying art history and philosophy in Frankfurt am Main, Nicole Jana moved to the Kassel Art College in 1999 . There she studied visual communication and fine art with Rolf Lobeck, Urs Lüthi and Alf Schuler , as a master class student in 2007/08. She has lived in Berlin since 2008.

Nicole Jana's artistic work is shaped by painting. Determined by the painterly process, she deals in her work with the representation of conceptual architecture . In her sculptural work, she turns the canvas into a sculpture . Nicole Jana marks an independent path between abstraction and objectivity.
