Nicole Pfluger (born March 10, 1983 in Saalfelden ) is an Austrian biathlete .

Nicole Pfluger is a sports soldier and lives in Hochfilzen . She started biathlon in 1996 and has been part of her country's national team since 1999. The HSV Hochfilzen athlete was trained by Wolfgang Korosec. On several occasions, Pfluger was able to achieve good, if not outstanding, results at the Junior World and European Championships. Best result of 14th place in the pursuit at the EM 2004 in Haute-Maurienne . In the same year she had her greatest successes at the European Junior Championships in Minsk . In the individual, she finished tenth, ninth in the sprint, and eleventh in the pursuit. All other placements at international championships were worse than 20th. The best results in the Junior European Cup were second in 2004 in Gurnigel and third in 2003 in Obertilliach .

Since the 2005/06 season , Pfluger competed in the European Biathlon Cup . In 2006 she won all three races of Gurnigel on a European Cup weekend in a European Cup, which was only very poorly filled. She was also used for the first time in the Biathlon World Cup in Antholz in 2005 and was Sprint 69. Only in her last race in Pokljuka in 2007 she was able to achieve a better position as 68th in the sprint. In 2008 she also became Austrian individual champion.
