Night of the Living Dead was the third EP by the American horror punk band The Misfits . It was released at a concert on October 31st, there are only 2,000 pressings.
background
The name of the EP and the first title were inspired by the horror film The Night of the Living Dead by George A. Romero . Although there is a film of the same name (German title: Agents die lonely ), it has nothing to do with the song Where Eagles Dare . Rat Fink is the only cover song the Misfits ever recorded with Glenn Danzig . The original is by Allan Sherman and is included on the album My Son, the Nut .
