Nijō ( Japanese 二丈 町 , - machi ) was a community in Itoshima County in Fukuoka Prefecture , Japan .

history

On January 1, 1955, the Mura Fukae ( 深 江村 , -mura ), Fukuyoshi ( 福吉 村 , -mura ) and Ikisan ( 一 貴 山村 , -mura ) merged to form the new community Nijō ( 二丈 村 , -mura ). On April 1, 1965, he was appointed Machi.

On January 1, 2010, she joined Maebaru and Shima to form the Itoshima Ward .
