Nikola Blažičko (born September 13, 1977 in Rijeka , Yugoslavia ) is a former Croatian handball player . His body length is 1.88 m. Nikola Blažičko is married to Afamia and has one son.

Blažičko, who last played for the German club TuS N-Lübbecke (shirt number 1) and ran for the Croatian national handball team, was a handball goalkeeper .

Nikola Blažičko started playing handball at Zamet Rijeka in his hometown. There he also made his debut in the Croatian first division. In 1999 he moved to Brodomerkur Split, where he was unsuccessful, so that he returned to Rijeka in 2002. In 2004 Blažičko was signed by the Croatian top club RK Zagreb . With the capital city he won the championship and cup in 2005 and 2006. In 2006 he went to France for a year to play Paris Handball , where he won the French Cup in 2007. In 2007 he joined the German Bundesliga club TuS N-Lübbecke. With the Ostwestfalen, he was relegated to the 2nd handball league in 2008 , and was immediately promoted again the following season. In 2017 he ended his career. He then became a goalkeeping coach at TuS N-Lübbecke and also took over the coaching position of the A-youth JSG NSM-Nettelstedt.

Nikola Blažičko played 32 international matches for the Croatian men's national handball team. With his country he won the silver medal at the 2005 World Championships and fourth at the 2006 European Championships .
