After the end of the contract period at Gaziantepspor, he moved in early 2007 to Amkar Perm . There he signed a three-year contract until June 2010. Nikola Drinčić consistently performed well and made four goals in 81 games and became a regular. In 2013 he switched to his former club Partizan Belgrade . With the club he was able to win the Serbian championship in 2015. He then moved to Maccabi Haifa for a year and returned to Serbia in 2016. Since then he has played for the first division club FK Čukarički , a district club in Belgrade .

National team

In 2006 Nikola was nominated by the then Serbian U-21 coach Miroslav Đukić for the U-21 European Championship in 2007 . There he had his only major success so far: He reached the final, which was lost 4-1 to the Netherlands.

Thanks to consistently good performances at Amkar Perm, he was nominated in 2007 by the then Montenegrin national coach Zoran Filipović for a friendly against Sweden (1: 2). He scored his first goal for the team in the friendly against Kazakhstan (3-0). He made the interim 2-0 in the 21st minute.
