Nikola Markoski ( Macedonian Никола Маркоски ; born May 22, 1990 in Struga , SR Macedonia , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Macedonian handball player who is mostly used as a circle runner . His older brother Velko is also a handball player.

The 1.95 m tall and 113 kg heavy right-handed player began his professional career at the Macedonian club RK Vardar Skopje , with whom he won the 2008 cup. In the 2008/09 season he was in the squad of the junior team MRK Vardar Skopje and played in the EHF Challenge Cup 2008/09. He then returned to the first team. In 2012 he won the cup again, and in 2013 he won the championship. Internationally, he reached the group stage in the EHF Champions League 2009/10 , the semi-finals in the EHF European Cup Winners' Cup 2010/11 , the second round in the EHF Cup 2011/12 and the third round in the EHF European Cup 2012/13 . Since 2013 he has been playing for city rivals RK Metalurg Skopje , with whom he became champions in 2014. In the EHF Champions League 2013/14 he reached the quarter-finals. In February 2015, he joined RK Zomimak-M . After Markoski ran up for the Macedonian club RK Rabotnički in the 2015/16 season, he moved to the Hungarian club Orosházi FKSE .

Nikola Markoski took part in the 2013 World Cup and the 2014 European Championship with the Macedonian national team. He has played 19 international matches so far , in which he scored 10 goals.
