Nina Kolleck

Nina Kolleck (* 1981 ) is a German educational researcher. From 2014 to 2019 she was professor and holder of the chair for educational research and social systems at the Free University of Berlin . Since November 2019 she has been a professor and holder of the chair for political education at the University of Leipzig .

biography

She completed her studies in 2007 at the University of Potsdam . In 2010 she received her doctorate from the Free University of Berlin . She then worked as the head of a research group at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg and the Hertie School of Governance , before accepting the call to the Free University of Berlin in 2014 . In 2016 she was a research fellow at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver .

research

In her research projects and publications, she deals, among other things, with the question of how social relationships bring about processes of social change. She focuses on topics such as educational reforms , social networks , educational inequalities , inclusion , international agreements and organizations, and methods of social research .
