Nina Schindler

Nina Schindler (born August 17, 1946 in Lüdenscheid ) is a German writer and translator .

Life

Nina Schindler attended school in Idstein im Taunus . After graduating from high school , she studied German , art history and French at the University of Giessen . She then worked as a teacher at a comprehensive school . She also wrote reviews of books for children and young people . At the beginning of the 1990s she began to publish her own literary works; she now lives as a freelance writer in Bremen . Schindler is married and has five children.

Nina Schindler is the author of narrative works for children and young people. She also translates young people's literature from English and French into German .
