Ningcheng
The District Ningcheng ( 宁城县 , Ningcheng Xiàn ; Mongolian ᠨᠢᠩᠴᠧᠩ ᠰᠢᠶᠠᠨ Niŋčėŋ siyan ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Chifeng (Mongol. Ulanhad ) in the northeast of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 4,305 km² and has a population of 600,000. Its main town is the large municipality of Tianyi (天 义 镇).
