NoBusiness Records is a Lithuanian jazz label based in Vilnius.

The independent label NoBusiness Records , founded by Valerij Anosov, Danas Mikalilionis and Liudas Mockūnas in the late 2000s, sells recordings by improvisation and jazz musicians such as Atomic , Billy Bang , Karl Berger , Ran Blake , Dominic Duval , Charles Gayle , Dennis González , Burton Greene , Mats Gustafsson , Barry Guy , Thomas Heberer , Julius Hemphill , William Hooker , Kirk Knuffke , Daunik Lazro , Joëlle Léandre , Joe McPhee , Jemeel Moondoc , Pascal Niggenkemper , William Parker , Vladimir Tarasov , Max Johnson , Simon Nabatov ( Luminous , 2018 ), Sam Rivers ( Zenith ) and Nate Wooley . The sessions also include encounters with Lithuanian musicians such as Arkadijus Gotesmanas or Liudas Mockunas. Some productions of the label, such as David S. Wares album Live in Vinius from 2007, are only released as limited long-playing records.

NoBusiness Records was named Best Record Label in 2009 by All About Jazz and in 2011 by New York City Jazz Record magazine . The label sees itself as a completely non-commercial company; all profits are invested in future publications or the performance of concerts.
