The Nokia 6 (2017) is an upper middle class smartphone with the Android operating system. It is the first smartphone from the Finnish company HMD Global , created through the partial sale of the Nokia devices division, and the first smartphone from the Nokia brand since the Lumia 638 in 2014.
Specifications
The Nokia 6 is equipped with a 5.5 ″ Full HD display and has a 16 MP camera on the back and an 8 MP camera on the front. In the Asian and European market, it can be operated with a single or double SIM card. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor is installed.
The internal storage space is 32 GB and can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD.

The Nokia 6 was first released in China on January 20, 2017, shortly after the announcement . The demand was so high and it was sold out within minutes after more than a million registrations. On February 26, 2017, HMD Global announced at Mobile World Congress 2017 that the Nokia 6 will also be sold worldwide. It was launched in other Asian markets including Malaysia on May 30, 2017 and sold in Europe from June 2017 . It launched in the United States on July 6th for $ 229.

In January 2018, Nokia introduced the Nokia 6 (2018) initially only for China, and later also globally. The innovations compared to the Nokia 6 (2017) are the Snapdragon 630 processor and the fingerprint sensor that is now on the back . HMD Global's recommended retail price in Germany is € 279.
