The Nollen (also: Nole ) is a hill in the municipality of Wuppenau in the canton of Thurgau , Switzerland . It has a height of 735 meters and lies on a plateau between the Thurgau and Sanktgallen Thur valleys .

With its all-round view of Lake Constance , the Alps and the Hegau , it is a popular excursion destination in the region. It is also known as "the Rigi des Thurgau". It used to be important as a triangulation point .

The name Nollen comes from the Old High German word "hnol" or "chnol", which means something like tubers. Its gentle curves are more reminiscent of a tuber than a mountain.
