Norair Aslanyan (née Mamedov) (born March 25, 1991 in Karaundsch ) is a Dutch football player of Armenian origin who is under contract with OFC Oostzaan .
Career
Norair Mamedov fled Azerbaijan to the Netherlands with his parents, members of the Armenian minority, in the 1990s . He had already played football on the street in his old homeland. After brief stays in various asylum seekers 'accommodation, the family stayed longer in the asylum seekers' home in Burgum in Frisia ; Norair Mamedov started with the organized soccer game in VV Bergum 's youth club . Scouts from professional clubs became aware of the talent. PSV officials from Eindhoven saw him at a tournament, but they did not oblige the twelve-year-old because his status as an asylum seeker had not yet been clarified. They placed him, however, in the youth department of FC Groningen in the nearby provincial capital. Here the attacking player ran through , who feels just as comfortable on the flanks as as a center forward or hanging tip; the other years and developed so well that he was loaned to the second division BV Veendam as a youth player ; but here he was only used in the second team.
In the 2010/11 season he played in the second team of Groningen, Jong FC Groningen , but was released from October for games of SC Cambuur , which works with FC Groningen in the youth field. Here he made his professional debut in the home game against RKC Waalwijk on October 15, 2010 , when coach Stanley Menzo replaced him in the 78th minute. After seven missions without a goal - but with a template - in the second division, FC Groningen brought him back during the winter break. Mamedov was now accepted into the first division squad. When several players - including Tim Matavž - were injured at FC Groningen in early March , Norair Mamedov made his first appearance in the Eredivisie on March 6, 2011 , followed by four more during the second half of the season.
