Norbert Böhlke (born April 28, 1955 in Hamburg ; † July 5, 2014 there ) was a German businessman and works council as well as a local and state politician in Lower Saxony ( CDU ). From 1990 to 1994 and from 2003 to 2014 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life and career

After graduating from business school, Böhlke trained as a forwarding agent. From 1977 to 2011 he was Chairman of the General Works Council and Works Council at the Kuehne + Nagel freight forwarding company in Hamburg. He also worked as an honorary state labor judge.

Böhlke was represented in the local council of Meckelfeld for the CDU from 1976 until his death . Since 1976 he was councilor of the Seevetal community and chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. Since 1986 he has also been a member of the district council in the Harburg district and first deputy district administrator . From 2001 to 2003 he was the last honorary district administrator in the Harburg district. He was a member of the state parliament from 1990 to 1994 and from 2003 until his death. For him, the former Interior Minister Uwe Schünemann moved up in the state parliament.

He was married and has two sons. Böhlke died after a short, serious illness at the age of 59. He last lived in Meckelfeld and was buried in the local cemetery .
