Norbert Kiechle

Norbert Kiechle (born April 7, 1885 in Tannheim ; † July 15, 1966 in Leutkirch im Allgäu ) was a politician , lawyer and district administrator in the district of Wangen .

Career

Kiechle, son of the small farmer Alois Kiechle and Veronika geb. Vogel, grew up in a family with nine siblings in Tannheim. There he attended elementary school . From 1905 to 1910 he studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen . After passing the first and second state examinations in law , he practiced, with interruptions, the profession of lawyer in Leutkirch from 1914 to 1945.

In 1919 he married Luise Stephanie Margareta Bachmann from Saulgau , who gave birth to his son Otto in 1921. During this time he was a member of the Constituent State Assembly of Württemberg for the German Center Party . During the Second World War he served in the Wehrmacht from 1941 to 1942 . From 1945 he was a local court advisor and personal representative of the then district administrator Josef Kraus for the northern district area. From 1946 to 1949 he was district administrator of the district of Wangen, then first deputy chairman of the association of Oberschwäbische Elektrizitätswerke (OEW) and, since 1948, representative of the latter on the supervisory board of Energie -versorgung Schwaben (EVS).

He died in Leutkirch im Allgäu in 1966 .
