Norlla Amiri (also Noraollah Amiri ; born August 23, 1991 in Malmö ) is a Swedish - Afghan football player who is currently under contract with the Swedish amateur club Ariana FC Malmö .

Career

Club career

Amiri started his career at BK Olympic in Malmö . He later moved to Lilla Torg FF , where he was pulled up into the first team for the 2009 season. After two years in the fourth division , he moved to Division 1 for Lunds BK in 2011 . There he became a regular player in the 2012 season after the first year with irregular appearances. In 26 games he got four goals and four assists, but the promotion was missed after finishing second in the league in the promotion relegation against IFK Värnamo . For the 2013 season, despite his status, he moved a league lower to KSF Prespa Birlik , but returned after one season.

In the 2014 season, Lunds BK missed promotion to the Superettan , but Amiri was the top scorer in the league with 9 goals and 14 assists. In the 2015 season he then moved to the league competitor Trelleborgs FF , where he immediately became league champion and rose to the Superettan; the midfielder appeared in 17 games and scored four goals.

Then he played briefly for FC Rosengård and again for Lunds BK . He has been under contract with the seventh division Ariana FC Malmö since 2018 .

National team

Amiri made his debut for the Afghan national team on June 16, 2015 in the World Cup qualifier against Cambodia (1-0) when he came on for Esmat Shanwary four minutes before the end . He scored his first goal on October 13, 2015 against Syria in the 2: 5 defeat to the meanwhile 1: 3. Amiri was appointed to the squad for the 2015 South Asian Cup by coach Petar Šegrt . He was used in four games and was runner-up in the South Asian championship after losing to India in the final .
