Norman Prenn (born September 26, 1985 in Lienz ) is a former Austrian football player in the position of defender who came to the Bundesliga for FC Red Bull Salzburg .

Career

Norman Prenn started playing soccer at SV Stall in Carinthia in 1995 at the age of 10 . After a short stop at FC Mölltal, he played again at SV Stall until 2001. In 2001 he moved to SV Spittal / Drau , a club from the Regionalliga West . There he played a total of 5 years and experienced ups and downs with the club, as in the 2003/04 season when you could fix the remaining in the regional league only by withdrawing other teams. After a strong 2005/06 season , in which they only just missed promotion, he moved to the Red Bull Juniors in Salzburg . With the Mozartstadt team, he was able to move up to the first league straight away and made his Bundesliga debut on December 1, 2007 against SK Rapid Wien . In the following winter break he was allowed to go to training camp in Dubai with the combat team . In April 2009 he had to end his professional career at the age of 23 due to wear and tear on both hip joints . He returned to Carinthia and joined FC Lendorf just a year later . The team currently plays in the Carinthian League , the fourth highest division in Austria.
