Nowobila ( Ukrainian Новобіла ; Russian Новобелая Novobelaja ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Luhansk Oblast with about 2000 inhabitants (2001).

In the 18th century in the Sloboda Ukraine village founded (another source for was the establishment in 1765) is the only resort of the same name, 134.87 km² district municipality in northern Rajon Nowopskow .

The village is located on the bank of the Bila ( Біла ), a 75 km long left tributary of the Ajdar 35 km north of the Novopskow district center and 160 km north of the Luhansk Oblast center near a border crossing to the Russian Voronezh Oblast .
