Nueva Esperanza is a town in the Pando department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia . Nueva Esperanza replaces Fortaleza as the capital of the province by Law No 1669 of October 31, 1995.

Nueva Esperanza is the seat of the administration of the province Federico Román and central place in the district of the same name ( Bolivian: Municipio ) Nueva Esperanza .
