Federico Román (also: General Federico Román ) is a province in the northeastern part of the Pando department in the lowlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia . The province is named after General Federico Román .

location

The province is one of five provinces in the Pando department. It borders in the west on the province of Abuná , in the southwest on the province of Manuripi , in the southeast on the Beni department , and in the east and north on the Republic of Brazil .

The border with the Beni department in the south is formed by the Río Beni , and with the neighboring country Brazil, the Rio Madeira in the east and the Río Abuná in the north.

The province extends between 09 ° 41 'and 10 ° 51' south latitude and 65 ° 17 'and 66 ° 39' west longitude, its extension from west to east is 200 kilometers, from north to south 150 kilometers.
