OPOS Records (advertised One People One Struggle Records ) is a record label and mail order company that opened in 2007 and is based in Lindenau , Brandenburg . Originally the label was opened in Saxony's state capital Dresden .

history

The owner of the label, which opened in Dresden in 2007 , is the pizza maker Sebastian Raack, who is well known in the neo-Nazi scene. For example, Raack was the owner of the post office box for the Southern Brandenburg section of the Blood and Honor organization . He also played in the Hatecore band Hope for the Weak and, with his clothing brand “Greifvogel”, is the main sponsor of the tournament series “ Battle of the Nibelungs ”. In 2016, the label was relocated to the 800-inhabitant village of Lindenau in Brandenburg .

The company produced and sells CDs by the right-wing extremist bands Frontalkraft , Frontfeuer , Moshpit , Wolfsfront and Stonehammer . The neo-Nazi songwriter Mirko Szydlowski , who operates under the pseudonym Barney , also released his CD Liebe, Treue, Heimat on the label in 2010 .

Extremism researcher Flemming Ipsen described the label as one of the most important labels of the right-wing extremist music scene, as bands can not only have their CDs produced, but also sell merchandising items via the label's own online shop. The label was mentioned in 2017 in the report on the protection of the constitution by the Brandenburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution and is described as one of the top-selling right-wing extremist music labels.

In March 2018, the politician came Ursula Nonnemacher of the Alliance 90 / The Greens in the state parliament Brandenburg with a small request approach, how and whether the company supported the defendants in the NSU process. The state parliament had no concrete findings. However, there were individual expressions of sympathy for the defendants and co-defendants.
