Oberamt Eschenau
The Oberamt Eschenau was an administrative area of the Principality of Bayreuth , which was ruled by a branch of the Hohenzollern family until 1791/92 . The Oberamt Eschenau was established in 1752 after the Principality of Bayreuth, against the resistance of the Imperial City of Nuremberg, had managed to buy the Eschenau Market , which had previously belonged to a Nuremberg owner .
