The Obere Schwarzbachalm is an alpine pasture in the area of the municipality of Schneizlreuth on the upper reaches of the Schwarzbach . Together with the Untere Schwarzbachalm it forms the Schwarzbachalmen , the entire mountain pasture is called the Schwarzbachalm .
The three barns of the Oberen Schwarzbachalm are under monument protection and are registered under the number D-1-72-131-54 in the Bavarian monument list.
Building description
The Unterwegscheiderkaser is a single-storey, combed block building with a protruding flat saddle roof and rubble stone base and was built towards the end of the 19th century.
The Wölflkaser is also a single-storey, combed block building with a protruding flat gable roof and clapboard covering on a broken stone base. The ridge purlin is marked with the year 1922.
The Freidingkaser is also a single-storey, combed block building with a protruding flat gable roof and rubble stone base and was built in the 18th or first half of the 19th century.
Todays use
The Schwarzbachalmen are still used for agriculture during the summer months and are served.

The Schwarzbachalmen are located slightly northwest below the Schwarzbachwacht , the Oberen Schwarzbachalmen on the southeastern side of the Schwarzbach .
