Oberndorf is a residential area in the Weikersheim district of Neubronn in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

The hamlet of Oberndorf with nearly two dozen house numbers is about 3 kilometers southeast of Weikersheimer district Neubronn on the district at a height of about 380- 420  m above sea level. NHN on the left slope of the upper Rindbach valley.

The place was first mentioned in 1345 as Oberndorf . The story corresponds to that of Neubronn. During the city war the place was burned in 1449.

The hamlet came to the city of Weikersheim on July 15, 1972 as part of the formerly independent community of Neubronn.
