The song was written by Joel Houston , Matt Crocker and Salomon Lighthelm and produced by Joel Houston and Michael Guy Chislett and sung by Taya Smith. It was released as the second single from the album Zion on August 23, 2013. The text refers to the point Mt 14.22 to 33 in the New Testament , as Peter of Jesus is called to walk on water. In general, the song is about stepping into the unknown and trusting God.

On September 10, 2013, the EP Oceans was released, which contains five versions of the song.
