Odo of Burgundy (* 1231 ; † August 4, 1266 in Akkon ) was by marriage Lord of Bourbon and Count of Nevers , Auxerre and Tonnerre . He was the eldest son of Duke Hugo IV of Burgundy (* 1212, † 1272) and Jolanthe von Dreux.

As heir to the Duchy of Burgundy, his father married him in February 1248 to Mathilde II of Bourbon (* 1234, † 1262), heiress of Bourbon, Nevers, Auxerre and Tonnerre as the daughter of Archambault IX. of Dampierre , Lord of Bourbon, and Jolanthe of Châtillon , Countess of Nevers, Auxerre and Tonnerre. Had Odo lived long enough and had male heirs from this marriage, these three counties would have been united with the Duchy of Burgundy as a result of this marriage. As it was, their fates remained separate. In fact, the couple had four daughters:

• Jolanthe (Yolande) (* 1247; † 1280), 1262 Countess of Nevers, Auxerre and Tonnerre; ⚭ I Johann von Damiette (* 1250; † 1270), ⚭ II Robert von Dampierre
• Margarete (Marguerite) (* 1250; † 1308), 1273 Countess of Tonnerre, ⚭ 1268 Charles of Anjou , Count of Anjou and Provence, King of Sicily
• Alix (* 1251, † 1290), 1273 Countess of Auxerre, ⚭ 1268 Johann I of Chalon († 1309)
• Johanna (* probably 1253; † 1271)

With Mathilde's death in 1262, the eldest daughter Jolanthe inherited the counties of Nevers, Auxerre and Tonnerre, two of which she passed on to her sisters in 1273.

After the death of his wife, Odo traveled with a contingent of fifty knights, including Érard de Valéry , as a crusader to the Holy Land , where he arrived in Acre on October 20, 1265 . He took part in the fighting against the Mamluk Sultan Baibars I , who attacked cities and castles in the area around Akkon at this time. Odo died on August 4, 1266 and was buried in the cemetery of the Saint Nicolas Church in Acre, his heart was transferred to France and buried in the grave of his family in the Cîteaux monastery .
