Offf Festival
Offf is the "International Festival for the Post-Digital Creation Culture".
history
In 2001 the Offf Festival was held for the first time under the name Online-flash-film-festiva in Barcelona . Since then it has taken place at least once a year, mostly in May. Over a period of 3 days, international artists will present works on graphic design , visual communication, digital art , electronic music and moving images. One of the main aspects of the festival is that hundreds of artists from all over the world come together to work creatively, experiment and discuss the latest trends in the digital world. The festival was a pioneer in its field, especially in the course of merging the areas of creative image design and digital music.
Offf presents itself to an international audience in the form of conferences, workshops, installations, experimental music sessions, demos, multimedia presentations and exhibitions. The number of visitors is increasing steadily. While only 5,000 visitors were counted in 2003, there were already 30,000 people at the festival in 2004 and 41,000 visitors in 2005. In addition to the presentations of the main topics such as graphic design or promotion and TV clips, the Offf is mainly characterized by lectures and conferences by artists.
The festival is sponsored every year by various companies such as Diesel , Wacom , Eastpak or HP and organized by the artist agency inofffensive and 50 \ DONE . Similar art festivals like Offf would be the Ars Electronica , Evoke , Glastonbury Festival , Shiraz Art Festival , Made in China or the Transmediale .

Opening video
Since 2005, a separate trailer has been produced for each Offf Festival , which is shown at the opening. In the videos that deal with the motto or the city of the event, the names of the most famous artists participating in the festival this year are displayed.
