Oh Seung-lip (born October 6, 1946 ) is a former South Korean judoka .

The 1.75 m tall Oh Seung-lip fought in the middleweight division, the weight class up to 80 kilograms. At the Universiade in Tokyo in 1967 he reached the final and was defeated by the Japanese Isamu Sonoda . Two years later, the South Korean lost again to Isamu Sonoda at the 1969 World Championships in Mexico City . After a victory in the hope round over the Dutchman Jan Snijders , he lost against the second Japanese Katsuya Hirao and received a bronze medal.

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich Oh first defeated the Thai Cherdpong Pusoni and then Peter Jäkl from Czechoslovakia by Ippon, winning in both cases using the same foot sweep technique (Harai tsuri komi ashi). Oh also won his third fight against the Austrian Lutz Lischka early. The pool final against the Japanese Shinobu Sekine was counted in favor of Oh by a referee decision (yusei-gachi). Oh won the semi-final against French Jean-Paul Coche by a small score. In the final he met Shinobu Sekine again, this time Sekine won by 2: 1 referee decision and Oh received the silver medal.
