The Ohe is a right tributary of the Helme in the Eichsfeld district and in the Nordhausen district , in Thuringia , in Germany .

The Ohe rises from a small pond in Epschenrode in Eichsfeld . It initially flows in a northeast direction. At the confluence with the Röstegraben it bends to the east. It remains true to this direction of flow until it flows into the helmets, at the reservoir Schiedungen.
