Old Dominion University
The Old Dominion University (also ODU is called) is a state university in Norfolk in the US state of Virginia .
Old Dominion University was initially founded in 1930 as the Norfolk Division of the College of William and Mary . In 1962 it became independent.
Sports
The Old Dominion University sports teams are the Monarchs (men) and Lady Monarchs (women). The university has been a member of Conference USA of NCAA Division I since 2013 .
