Oleksandrivka ( Ukrainian Олександрівка ; Russian Александровка Alexandrowka ) is a village in Shyroke Raion in the Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with 1,360 inhabitants (2012).
The village, founded in 1884, was called Novoaleksandrowka until 1903 and is the administrative center of the district council of the same name .
geography
Oleksandrivka is 32 km south of Kryvyi Rih and 171 km southwest of the Dnipro Oblast center . The Shyroke Rajon Center is 23 km west on the T-0411 road. The village of Nywa Trudowa in neighboring Apostolowe Rajon is 10 km east of Oleksandrivka.

The village of Nove Schyttja ( Нове Життя ⊙ ) with 19 inhabitants and an area of 58.3 hectares also belongs to the district municipality of Oleksandrivka, 1.5 km to the east .
