The Olympia Tower is an 88-meter-high, listed skyscraper built from 1970 to 1972 in the Olympic Village in the Munich Olympic Park . It has 19 floors.

The building is located at Helene-Mayer-Ring 4, at the corner of Lerchenauer Straße , northwest of Brundageplatz in the Am Riesenfeld district in the 11 Milbertshofen-Am Hart district . It was designed by Günter Behnisch . It belongs to the original ensemble of the Olympic village and is therefore under ensemble protection (E-1-62-000-70) according to the Monument Protection Act. Initially it housed the IOC administration center, later it was used by BMW as an IT location. Since 2010 it has been used as a residential building with 320 units.

It is currently the eighth tallest building in Munich and the tallest residential building in the city.
