Spain participated in the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp with a delegation of 58 male athletes in 29 competitions in 7 sports.

The Spanish athletes won two silver medals: both the soccer team and the polo team took second place. The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the athlete José García Lorenzana .
